Risk & Fraud

This part of the backoffice will give you a few tools to minimize and combat fraud, like IP and card black/whitelists and access to the Saferpay Fraud Intelligence Module. More information about the Saferpay Risk Management can be found over here.

Please note, that the Risk Management includes two modules.

One is the basic Risk Management, which is included for all eCommerce customers, the other is the Saferpay Fraud Intelligence module, which is targeted to bigger merchants and offers more tools to combat fraud.

The latter however needs to be specifically activated. If you are interested in Saferpay Fraud Intelligence, please contact your Sales contact and also refer to the technical specification, as it requires special datapoints to be submitted, in order to work properly.
